Swissgas AG, Swiss Company for Natural Gas Limited, domiciled in Zurich, is currently holding 51% in the share capital of Transitgas AG, 46 and 3% respectively are held by Eni International BV, domiciled in Amsterdam, and E.ON Ruhrgas AG, domiciled in Essen.
